  • For the 2nd Red Cross Meeting, our theme was Halloween.  We made goody bags for kids with safety tips too!  All the officers agreed to dress up in costumes, but only three people did.  Two dressed as nerds, and I dressed as a cat.  (I've never wore a nerd 'costume' before, but I guess people wouldn't be able to know the difference O_~!).

    Here's me:

My cat nose looks a little messed up, but I'm supposed to be a pussy in boots O_~.  I was afraid people would think I'm a furry and dress up as an animal normally. lol, but alas, I'm not.  I was debating between (if I were to be a cat): pussy in boots, cool cat (wear sun glasses?), or Luna (cat from Sailor Moon from my 4th gradeish era?--but then I would feel obliged to ashen my face so I could put a moon on my forehead, otherwise it wouldn't stand out; but that's so much work...).  I was a tailess cat too.  :3

I need to go run errands for some essentials (TP!!!)

  • Ah, that works! If you dressed up as a nerd it wouldn't be much of a difference. Just kidding!

lol, I know! Except when someone asked me if I had a pocket protector years ago, I had no idea what it was. So apparently I'm not a very good stereotypical nerd.

  • Cute
    ...but no tail? :(
    Haha j/k.

"Nerd costume" = major cheating for you :P

I couldn't find anything to make a tail out of; and my ears are actually made from cardboard from a Funfetti box, pink Sharpie, and black nail polish. -_- But tailess cats are sorta cute! My aunt had a normal cat, and then adopted two tailesses; the two tailesses were so baffled by the tail of the first cat that they kept pouncing on it, and poking it. =^..^= (<--noseless cat!)

I don't think I dress too unfashionably though! Though wearing things like periodic table shirts might give me away...

  • I feel like cats without tails are missing out on the fun...haha.  Dog tails are more fun though... watching a dog's tail wag always makes me happier :P

Period table shirts are awesome for test-taking...mwuahaha.  Some are especially printed upside down, so it will be right-side-up to you when you look down at it ^ ^

Haha, I'm sure the cats with tails that get pounced on would disagree O_~! But it'd be kinda cool to have something to swish around to indicate contentment or warning. (My cat twitches its tail as a warning sometimes if he is laying on the floor and we're poking him n_n). Dog tails are more fun though, they don't seem as sassy, but rather just happy!

FTW! lol! I haven't seen any of those yet!

When I did geography bee in middle school, I contemplated getting a shirt with map printing on it. >_> I doubt they'd let me wear that in, and I also doubt I could find one upside down. Then I would probably get my directions confused (deservingly, I suppose). O_~
