  • Some things at this school are just so ridiculous.

    -Early post office closing...not to mention the P.O is so far from the dorms...[I don't understand why my mailbox only receives in-coming mail but won't take out-going mail.  It isn't that hard to move mail around is it?]

    -Crappy food.

    -Parking and rules (you can get a citation for parking 1 cm over the lines..good gracious).

    -Crappy food.

    -No recycling in dorms (mine anyways..so I waste gasoline lugging that stuff out)

    -Crappy food.

    -Golf carts that whiz by at high velocities..we pedestrians pretty much jump out of the way to avoid being hit..and then I also see dead lizards EVERYWHERE because the carts run them over.

    -Crappy food.

    -Ben&Jerry's was supposed to give out free ice cream on election day--the campus one didn't do it..and then the workers there got mad at all the people who asked (or so I heard).

    -Crappy food.

    -Etc. Hope everyone else's schools don't do too many ridiculous things.

    but at least where I live they are conveniently not serving their crappy food from December 22nd through January 2nd. WHAT THE F, for reals.
    I am like seriously blowing all my money on bad awful fast food. I'm starting to understand how you gain weight your first year in college.

    and ucf is supposed to be crazy about checking their meters for parking...yeah, I've left mine blinking with no money for like an hour and a half, but I know one day it's gonna bite me in the ass. lames.

  • Haha, it is HORRIBLE!  It is so bland and greasy..and overcooked/soggy...they should try using some spices or things that aren't canned...I always end up disappointed some how; the other day there was this delicious looking cookies and cream pie...well, they didn't do a good job mixing the gelatin in that even; so the pie was actually chunky to the point where it seemed like there were plain chunks of gummies or something.  Pleh!  The only good food here is the ice cream..but it isn't like the school makes it XD..
