Freedom from Bondage...
Today was the last day of school.
FREE, ALAS!
Happiness bursting from my head, heart, and all! Except that was dampened by the excruciating heat radiating from the sun, and the pavement, sending it straight back to my eyes.
Ugh.
And my last school memory:
We do a senior parade type of thing..march all the seniors about...Well, the non-IB kids, many of them, hate IB kids. So during the parade they would spray us with water from behind and such. Frustrating exit--there's no sense of unity in the school--the IB kids basically run the show--we're in all the clubs, we are in many sports, and such. It's like a school within a school almost. I don't even feel like I belong to Vanguard, but rather IB.
But now, I think I am truly free of both! Hooray, and cheers to memories.
Perhaps I'll be sad about this in a few days, but the heat is making me angry.

haha congrats on finishing!
Yeah, they hate how we believe we deserve better when we actually do. We work harder and care more than they ever will, I don't think we should be punished for wanting more out of our education than simply a place to hang out and spend their days so they prolong the inevitable dank and pathetic life they are destined to live. We're not Vanguard, we ARE IB, and we are our own entity.
